    In what was a rough game by the opposition A1 girls stood tall and pulled out a blinder.

    Coming out and running hot A3Blue's were only stopped by the buzzing of the timer.

    An interesting game ended in St Michael admitting defeat and forfeiting.

    In a fight to the finish the girls were pipped @ the post.

    Semi Finals 14 August 2010 - Saturday, Aug 14 2010

    A1 24 lost to Grange 33
    With girls out unavailable the girls went in undermaned. Top that with an injury early in the game, the girls just couldn't gel quick enough.

    A2 45 defeated Somerton Baptist 29
    Jayelen Reed, Lauren Schliebs, Kimberley Daniels, Brooke Dempsey, Rachael Schober, Cathy Daniel, Janelle Dunlop and Bj Clark annoyed the opposition with their positive talk, brilliant defence, dazzling ball carrying skills and outstanding finish.

    A3 Red 36 defeated A3 Blue 24
    With Red team turning it on, Blue were forced to play catch up. Blue's tactics were hampered with a major injury and Red seized the opportunity.

    B1 46 defetaed Blue Stars 32
    Injury plagued the team before, during and after the game but General Georgi marched her troops onward to a fine victory leaving no man behind.

    B2 Red 25 defeated B2 Blue 20
    With wind and rain spattering the teams the scoreline was low and tight. Red handled the weather better to come away with the win.

    B3 42 defeated St Monicas 39
    The girls teased the opposition with some poor playing but were too good @ the final buzzer

    B4 Blue 47 defeated Campbelltown 27
    With the girls severly undermaned for next week they needed the win. The girls did not disappoint with an outstanding performance.

    B5 Red 28 lost to Westbourne Park Red 35
    A tight contest and a good fight put up by the girls, but alas the "young uns" couldn't surpass the opposition to advance the next step.

    A1 43 defeated Glengowrie 27
    A must win game for both teams to make the finals in a rematch of last years A1 Grand Final which Glengowrie won.  With the season on the line we stuck together and ended up finishing 2nd on percentage to get the double chance.

    Scrappy game all over the court.  Defence held their players well.  Looked good when we got it into the ring quickly.  Definitely got some work to do going into finals.  Finished top with one loss to fellow Doggies.

    Highlight Being Taryn’s first full game since her knee surgery and played a blinder.  A very pleasing last ¼ saw us win it 4-3
